3D Visualization Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Primary responsibility will be to create visualizations using a combination of 2D and 3D techniques. You will collaborate closely with the design teams to bring the architectural/interior vision to life, ensuring that the final product is visually stunning & cohesive. This role requires a strong understanding of ergonomic/proportional fundamentals, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating captivating virtual environments adhering to the artistic direction and technical requirements set by the project leads.

- Creating high-quality models and texture maps for organic elements (e.g. plants, organic FF&E) and hard surface elements (e.g.buildings), aligning with project requirements and the provided references.

-Ensure consistency taking into account factors such as scale, lighting, texture, and mood.

-Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and iterate on design solutions to meet the project's quality standards.

- Produce strategic camera views to highlight primary components of a design

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, programs and techniques related to 3D environment, and contribute innovativeideas to enhance visual end product.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Strong understanding of art fundamentals: Possess a solid foundation in art principles such as composition, color theory, lighting, perspective, & FF&E.

- Proficient in 2D and 3D software: Skilled in using industry-standard software such as SketchUP, V-Ray, Autodesk, 3ds Max, Blender, Grasshopper, Rhino, Corona and Photoshop for modeling, texturing, and post production editing/exporting.

- Bonus skills:

- Familiarity with AI tools

- Proficient in producing 360 images and creating virtual tours/fly-throughs

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

- Formal education in Architecture or Interior Design preferred

- Relevant industry experience required

LANGUAGE:

- English (required)

Preparation of Drawings and Presentations

·        Create 3d models of interior/architectural spaces & ffe models & visualizations based on 2d drawings, sketches, imagery under a targeted deadline.

·        Assist in exporting files into 2d-autocad models

·         Help to maintain, and expand our 3D products library, materials,

and textures

.Design Solutions

·        Assist in the development of renders in all phases of design as required, including (but not limited to) studying proportions to ensure they capture design intent of architectural or interior elements, proper scale & ergonomic solutions (for custom proprietary design items &/or purchased FFE).

·        Craft intricate and accurate materials based on references

·        Assist in resolving design issues & updates working with

Design team/leadership guidance

Quality Assurance

·        Regularly review the deliverables for accuracy and thoroughness

·        Ensure renderings are in compliance to the company and design standards as well as project team and client comments

·        Work with the internal team to produce design packages for client presentations, builder coordination and High-quality visualizations that are consistent with leadership’s direction and project needs.

·        Regularly submit progress 3D modeling check sets and progress for design team evaluation and quality assurance

Communication

·        Establish and maintain a professional and effective line of communication with leadership/ partners and project team.
