General Laborer / Cleaner

 Job Type: Entry Level Part Time with possibility of Full Time work (Based on Performance & Skills)

Job Location: Greater Toronto Area

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to commute to various client project sites
• On-site removal and disposal of existing fluorescent / CFL lighting
• Unloading and preparation of materials delivered
• Installation of LED tubes and bulbs into existing lighting fixtures
• Scheduling deliveries of materials from our warehouse
• Scheduling of pick up and disposal of old materials
• Cleaning of jobsite during and after projects (removal of old lights and fixtures)
• Vacuuming, Dusting of project areas
• Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• A valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean driving record preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and climb up 10 ft. ladders
• Not fearful of heights
• Time Management & Organizational skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project an asset.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University Degree or College Diploma
• Organized and efficient
• Comfortable speaking and communicating with clients on site
