Sales Consultant & Finance Assistant - Rivershore Direct Buy

Rivershore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the newest addition to the Steve Marshall Group (as of Sept 1, 2023), and we are eager to continue the excellence that the Kamloops market has come to expect. Rivershore is currently seeking a Sales Consultant / Finance Assistant for its Direct Buy location in Kamloops.

Responsibilities: 

• Building a customer base by cold calling and sourcing of new contacts
• Assist customers who visit the dealership and help them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
• Taking customer credit applications
• Update CRM database with new customer information
• Follow up on all post-delivery sales to ensure all customer expectations are met, and to source possible referrals

Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred, but we will train for success
• Accuracy on all paperwork
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Willingness to take direction and learn

Wage:

• Commission; first year expectation in the $36,000-$70,000 income range
