Our Burlington client is looking for a Shipper | Receiver | Forklift Operator to support their Manufacturing Operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily review of the sales orders related to on-hand or in-process parts to determine if there are any issues meeting to customer requirements.
Part staging, verification of requirements to sales orders, generation of shipping paperwork, and loading of trucks.
The unloading, receiving inspection and verification to packing slips of inbound trucking.
Documentation, vendor notification and posting of all packing slip discrepancies.
Communicate all related RMA's and NCRs to Quality and Materials Manager.
Accurate and timely entry of all shipping/receiving functions
Maintaining raw materials and finished part storage in an organized manner, utilizing the principles of 5S and FIFO.
Apply First In First Out principles to the movement of finished goods, sub-assemblies, components and raw materials.
Report all incoming material discrepancies, including rust or damage to Quality Department.
Deliver received parts and relevant receiving inspection to appropriate locations and departments.
Perform dock audit or part certification activities as requested.
Perform a lift truck inspection prior to the start of each shift.
Assist in routine inventory counts.
Follow all company safety procedures.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Ability to prioritize workload
Strong orientation to detail high transactional data input accuracy.
Minimum 2 years material handling experience in Manufacturing
Must have strong organizational skills, and the ability to carry out multiple tasks under significant time pressures.
Good communication skills both in verbal and written form.
Ability to deal effectively in pressure situations.
Thorough understanding of the material flow, Kanban systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicable programs such as Microsoft Excel (Asset)
Forklift operator experience / certification
Crane License an asset
