SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

The consulting company, which is a prominent player in the industry with a global reach, is currently in search of a seasoned SuccessFactors Integration Consultant who possesses over 5 years of experience in a comparable position. As the company expands its workforce, they are interested in having you on board. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to be based anywhere with the authorization to work in Canada. Additionally, there is an option for this role to be fully remote or to work in the office as needed, although it is not mandatory.

Your experience you bring will include:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience of 6-8 years in technical integration roles, with specific expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP systems.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· CPI certification is preferred

Your responsibilities will include:

- Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with ECC and third-party applications using CPI or MuleSoft.

- Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to stakeholders.

- Demonstrate proficiency in HR ABAP programming, including experience in BIB - - Integration Builder, EC to ECC or S/4 HANA integration.

- Apply knowledge of integration techniques provided by SAP, such as SOAMANAGER, RFC, SDK, OData and BADI'S.

- Understand functionality, integration API, and configurations to ensure seamless integration processes.

- Collaborate with development methodologies, estimation techniques, and payroll processes.
