Position Summary:
Primary sales point-of-contact representing Chesmar Homes within assigned community. Ensure model & community cleanliness as well as visibility through various advertising strategies. Maintain or exceed sales expectations set forth by management. Ensure customer satisfaction. Duties & Accountabilities:
- Source/drive traffic & convert sales at the community level.
- Source/provide assistance/guidance in the selection of interior decor for new homes.
- Orchestrate weekly update phone calls/conferences between sales, construction, & customers.
- Coordinate with construction for the benefit of the customer & to ensure satisfaction.
- Attend weekly sales meetings as well as periodic sales team functions.
- Network and communicate with local real estate community.
- Execute contract paperwork to company standards.
- Maintain/exceed company expectations as related to sales quotas & customer satisfaction hurdles.
Education Requirements:
- College degree preferred.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
General construction knowledge helpful. Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred. Production builder sales experience and excellent customer-service skills required. Knowledge of general business computing, including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, etc. Must be able to work anywhere within the Greater Houston and Surrounding areas.
