Staff Assistant

Full time position

Looking for a self starter & motivated staff assistant to a high production manager in employment sector

Remote position with some site visits at times (not very often), must have a car

Strong organizational skills & task oriented

Ability to multitask at a high level

Strong attention to detail 

Must be proficient in excel, word, whatsapp, texting and using CRM'S, 

Excellent listening skills 

This position requires individual to work closely with manager on a daily basis & requires research daily of employment positions and tracking of information.

We are a very close nit work family that gets the work done but have fun as well.
