Indoor Skydiving Wind Tunnel Instructor

Excepted start dates during the second quarter of 2024. This role does not require any previous flight experience. However, this role requires strenuous physical exertion for extended periods including moving in winds over 120mph. ascend/descend structures, lifting, catching and frequently supporting objects weighing significant amounts for extending periods of time. All instructor personnel shall have passed the “Work Capacity Physical Standard” at the arduous level. Upon passing a physical standard, you will be trained on all necessary functions and industry procedures. As a trained flight instructor, you will be doing the following:

- Safety is our number one priority! An employee of FWT will promote and uphold the high standard of safety through customer interaction, training, and operations.

- Greet customers, educate them on the facility and overall experience.

- Teach introductory safety classes.

- Properly fit and inspect customer flight equipment.

- Operate the air flow controls.

- Provide return customers with follow-on training/flight opportunities.

- Instruct/coach return customers in accordance with overarching safety standards.

- Give all customer segments a world-class experience.

- Participate in routine operations maintenance and cleaning.

- Cross train in customer support roles.

- Capture and create media content for customer, company branding, and self-promotion.

- Share the passion of human bodyflight with the masses.
