Kona Medical Consulting and The Home Health Team is actively looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA) in several areas in Texas.

We are a patient-centered home health organization dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' homes. Our team values integrity, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Job Overview:
We're seeking a caring and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience supporting patients with personal care needs and daily living activities, while ensuring safety and comfort at every visit.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
  • Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurse.
  • Maintain accurate visit documentation and follow care plan instructions.
  • Deliver compassionate, professional care while respecting patient dignity and privacy.
Qualifications:
  • Active Home Health Aide, CNA, or equivalent certification (depending on state requirements).
  • At least 1 year of experience in home health, caregiving, or a related field preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must pass background screening and provide updated immunizations/CPR.
