Who We Are
At our Early Childhood Education Center, we do more than just provide childcare, we build a foundation for life. As a premier, full-service, faith-based facility, we are dedicated to nurturing the hearts and minds of young children. Our mission is to foster spiritual, social, and cognitive growth in a safe, joyful, and engaging atmosphere where every child can thrive.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Are you a passionate educator who loves shaping young minds? As our new Daycare Teacher, you will be the heart of our classroom. You will have the creative freedom to design a vibrant learning environment that sparks curiosity, guides social development, and helps children discover their unique potential. If you want a career where you can truly make a difference, you belong here.
What You’ll Do
  • Inspire Young Minds: Create and bring to life fun, age-appropriate lesson plans rooted in early childhood education.
  • Foster Growth: Engage directly with children through play, activities, and discovery to boost their confidence and development.
  • Build a Safe Haven: Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stimulating classroom where children feel secure and loved.
  • Partner with Families: Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them connected to their child’s daily wins and milestones.
  • Guide Social Skills: Observe and gently guide behavior to help children develop empathy, kindness, and strong social skills.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: A proven track record of bringing joy and learning to preschool-aged children in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Childhood Expertise: Deep knowledge of early childhood education principles and a talent for engaging diverse learning styles.
  • Great Communicator: Warm, professional communication skills to connect effortlessly with children, parents, and fellow team members.
  • Education: High School diploma required; CDA or TCEC 1&2 is highly preferred. If you have college, then salary advancement is negotiable.
  • Safety First: First Aid/CPR certification is a big plus (but we can help you get it!).
Ready to inspire the next generation with a team that values your passion? Apply today to qualify for your signing bonus of $250 when joining our Early Childhood Education Center family!
