Systems Analyst Opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA

Join our dynamic team as a Systems Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements, evaluating existing systems, and designing innovative technology solutions to boost business processes and operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and improve business processes.
  • Evaluate current systems and propose enhancements or new solutions.
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
  • Work with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking.
  • Provide support during system deployments and post-implementation activities.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare training materials and assist end users with new system adoption.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related IT role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of databases, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Preferences:
  • Experience in business architecture and product development.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
