With offices in Vail, Aspen, and Denver, we’re known for exceptional service and long‑term client relationships.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support our clients and service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, excels at communication, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You will handle incoming service requests, schedule technicians, and ensure all service tickets are accurate and complete.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming client and technician calls with professionalism
• Provide basic phone‑based troubleshooting and support
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Create, update, and manage service tickets in ConnectWise
• Review documentation to ensure all service needs are clearly identified
• Serve as the communication link between clients and technicians
• Greet and assist visitors in the Vail office
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service preferred
• Proficiency with ConnectWise, Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make quick, informed decisions
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
