We are looking for an HR Assistant responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Reviewing Section 1 for accuracy.
- Scheduling I9 meetings.
- Completion of I9 verifications (Section 2).
- Completes eVerify processing.
- Scanning and uploading identification documents.
- Scanning and entering Paper I9s into GryphonHR.
- High School diploma or equivalent
