Production Manager to $95k, Charlotte, NC - Onsite
As a production manager, you will be overseeing the entire production process, including assembly, kitting, shipping and inventory control.

As a production manager, you will be overseeing the entire production process, including assembly, kitting, shipping and inventory control.
- Directly leading the production assemblers on the production floor as well as in the clean room.
- Teaming up with colleagues to solve real-world challenges and problems.
- Make proactive decisions based on the business needs.
- Taking the initiative to develop stronger and more capable processes.
- Overseeing, assigning, and leading continuous improvement projects across multiple departments.
- Developing a trained and highly motivated team.
- Driving quality, innovation, and service
Seeking a person with a positive attitude who approaches everything with a can-do mentality:
- 3+ years' experience leading a production team.
- You're passionate about your team and helping others grow
