Production Manager to $95k, Charlotte, NC - Onsite
As a production manager, you will be overseeing the entire production process, including assembly, kitting, shipping and inventory control.

• Directly leading the production assemblers on the production floor as well as in the clean room.
• Teaming up with colleagues to solve real-world challenges and problems.
• Make proactive decisions based on the business needs.
• Taking the initiative to develop stronger and more capable processes.
• Overseeing, assigning, and leading continuous improvement projects across multiple departments.
• Developing a trained and highly motivated team.
• Driving quality, innovation, and service

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience leading a production team.
