  • Salary/Pay Rate: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
  • Location: Hanover, New Hampshire (Onsite, travel up to 30% outside 30 miles)
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Project Scope: Premium residential design-build remodels and historic New England renovations
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Drivers License.

The Opportunity

As the Project Superintendent, you are the face of our field operations and the ultimate owner of the jobsite. You will run high-end residential remodeling projects with the backing of a highly disciplined, fully systematized, systems-driven operation. This role offers you the autonomy to lead premium custom projects from pre-construction to final walkthrough while mentoring talented field crews.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Take complete ownership of the safe, on-time, and on-budget execution of custom residential remodeling projects.
  • Build and manage project schedules, coordinate trade partners, and proactively run procurement to prevent job stalls.
  • Act as the primary onsite contact for clients, providing warm, calm, and proactive updates in their homes.
  • Monitor labor, material, and trade budgets closely using standard pre-construction and site-walkthrough workflows.
  • Lead and develop carpenters on your crew, setting a high standard of craft, safety, and mutual respect.
  • Document daily logs, approvals, purchase orders, and change orders consistently using JobTread and CompanyCam.
  • Manage building inspections, client walk-throughs, and punch lists to a standard that earns complete customer trust.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on construction experience, with a proven track record of running jobsites end-to-end.
  • Strong physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and work onsite in all weather conditions.
  • Proven experience managing residential subcontractors, material procurement, and field schedules.
  • Absolute ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily reporting and client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 or more years of related residential construction experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Deep technical knowledge of historic New England housing stock, hidden structural conditions, and NH/VT codes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay rate of $35.00 to $45.00 based on experience.
  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Provided company tech package including a smartphone or tablet.
  • Professional uniforms provided for daily field wear.
