Operations Manager

Position Overview

Dynamic Operations Manager needed to lead operational excellence initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive strategic growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop team of 8-12 direct reports across multiple departments
  • Develop operational strategies and monitor KPIs to meet business targets
  • Lead cross-functional projects and present reports to executive leadership
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs by 15-20%
  • Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction above 95%
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years management experience with proven leadership track record
  • 3+ years in operations or project management
  • Proficiency in project management software and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets and driving organizational change
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 + performance bonus up to 15%
