Schedule: 4 or 4.5 day work week, Monday through Friday
Base Compensation: $230,000 + $15,000 Quality Incentive + Productivity

Location: Lebanon, IN
Witham Health Services is seeking a dedicated Endocrinologist to join our growing endocrinology team in Lebanon, Indiana. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position within a collaborative, community-focused health system.
This opportunity offers an outpatient endocrinology practice where you can build meaningful relationships with patients while being part of an established team. Join a physician-led organization that values collaboration, physician engagement, and providing personalized care supported by a dedicated healthcare team.
About the Position
  • Outpatient Endocrinology practice located in Lebanon, Indiana
  • 4 or 4.5 day work week, Monday through Friday
  • Average 13-16 patients per day
  • Established practice with 2 physicians and 1 APP
  • Opportunity to provide comprehensive endocrinology care within a growing health system
  • Additional established clinic locations available in Anson and Frankfort
  • On-site diabetic educators providing additional support for patient care
  • Teaching opportunity available with Marian University

Candidate Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
  • Eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license
  • Dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered endocrine care
  • Interest in building lasting relationships with patients and the community
