Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data warehousing projects for healthcare insurance clients
- Coordinate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and define project requirements
- Oversee data migration, data transformation, and data reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with compliance teams to implement data governance best practices
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives and overall data strategy
- Monitor and manage project risks, budgets, and timelines
- Drive issue resolution and ensure project success
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Project Management experience (with healthcare insurance and data warehousing focus)
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and business intelligence (BI) tools
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar data platforms
- Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus
