    White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning, premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in some of the country’s best cities to live. You’ll help bring the virtue of hospitality to life while we create an environment that allows you to be your best self and grow.

    What You’ll Do

    • Collaborate with the sales team and head chef to deliver exceptional events that exceed guest expectations.
    • Plan event layouts, oversee venue setup, and ensure all event elements—tables, linens, centerpieces, and more—are perfectly arranged.
    • Coordinate staffing needs, preparing work schedules for banquet servers and event staff.
    • Oversee the smooth execution of meals and beverages, ensuring seamless service from seating to table clearing.
    • Manage liquor and soft drink availability when required and maintain compliance with service regulations.
    • Act as a leader and mentor, coaching and training team members to ensure operational excellence.

    • Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills to inspire your team.
    • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction.
    • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including A/V, F&B outlets, culinary, engineering, and sales.
