Today, we are growing as part of AgentHome and the Westcor family of companies, combining the strength of a trusted local brand with the resources, technology, and innovation of a national real estate transaction platform. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Title Agent / Closer to join our Winter Park Market Team. This position is ideal for a title professional who enjoys managing relationships, conducting closings, solving complex transaction challenges, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
About the Winter Park Market Team
Winter Park is one of our premier Central Florida markets, serving a diverse mix of residential, luxury, investor, builder, and referral-driven transactions. You will work alongside an experienced team of processors, closers, and operational support professionals while maintaining direct relationships with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, and consumers. We believe in providing personalized service, building long-term relationships, and empowering our professionals to make decisions that benefit customers.
What You'll Do
- Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings
- Manage customer relationships throughout the transaction
- Review title commitments and closing requirements
- Coordinate with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
- Resolve title and closing issues
- Prepare and review settlement statements and closing packages
- Deliver professional in-person and remote closing experiences
- Support business development efforts and relationship management
- Help maintain the high service standards that define The Closing Agent brand
Supported by a Florida Operations Platform
Our closers are supported by a centralized operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on serving customers and growing relationships.

- Marketing and Business Development Resources
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of title insurance, escrow, or closing experience
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Preferred
- Florida Title Insurance License
- Existing Realtor, lender, builder, or attorney relationships
- Experience with luxury or high-net-worth transactions
- Experience with RamQuest, Qualia, SoftPro, or similar title software
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Business development mindset
