Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a security team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding management principles.
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed on time and all shifts are covered at all time.
This role requires effective communication with contractors and team members to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and security personnel.
- Oversee daily operations at the security site, ensuring that schedules and deadlines are met.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers on your site.
- Train and mentor newly assigned security officers.
- Conduct routine post inspections and officer performance checks.
- Enforce safety protocols in accordance with Weiser regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Address employee performance concerns through coaching and corrective action.
- Perform regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may occur.
- Promote a collaborative atmosphere by maintaining effective communication with all security personnel and clients.
- Maintain accountability for site equipment, keys, and access credentials.
- All supervisors are required to cover all shifts in the event of a call-off or emergency if they cannot find coverage.
