New York, NY • On-site

Job description

Who We Are

Ring Concierge is a New York-based fine jewelry brand redefining modern luxury. Founded by Nicole Wegman, we're a women-led company with a mission to make bespoke design and high jewelry accessible without compromising on elegance or exclusivity. Our experiential boutiques are an extension of our design-forward philosophy-sophisticated, welcoming, and built on enduring relationships with our clientele.

We are seeking an experienced Diamond Sales Specialist to join our SoHo boutique. As the expert in diamonds and bespoke custom jewelry, this role will deliver an unparalleled client experience, guiding customers through the engagement ring and high-jewelry purchasing journey. The Diamond Sales Specialist will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging extensive product knowledge, clienteling skills, and relationship-building to achieve and exceed sales goals while embodying the Ring Concierge aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Sales

  • Provide a luxury one-on-one consultation experience, identifying client needs and tailoring recommendations.
  • Act as a diamond and bespoke jewelry expert, presenting options, educating clients, and guiding them through the design and selection process.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized clienteling and CRM data management.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs while contributing to store performance.
  • Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, from initial consultation to finalizing design details and ensuring client satisfaction upon delivery.

Collaboration & Operations

  • Partner with the production team to source diamonds and track project timelines, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Communicate clearly with clients throughout the sales and production process, managing expectations with professionalism.
  • Support inventory control, loss prevention, and showroom presentation standards.
  • Participate in product launches, in-store events, and seasonal activations to drive awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of fine jewelry retail sales experience; diamond and bespoke sales expertise required.
GIA certification or equivalent diamond education strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across a diverse client base.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented with a passion for diamonds, luxury goods, and delivering elevated customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Mac computers, and Google Suite.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak retail seasons.
