    Job description

    We're looking for new grads interested in starting a career in sales or marketing. As a Field Sales Representative at WeBox, you'll identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships, helping grow and maintain our customer base.

    We're looking for someone who is reliable, customer-focused, and results-driven, with strong communication skills. Your goal is to turn opportunities into long-term, trusted partnerships.

    This role offers a base salary of $70K plus uncapped commissionthere's no earning ceiling, and your total compensation (OTE) is directly tied to your performance.

    Job Summary

    Sell WeBox's work meal program to businesses ranging from small to large enterprises, with a primary focus on offering flexible meal solutions, including options for Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner. Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight WeBox's e-commerce platform, curated partner menus, efficient logistics, and exceptional customer service. Advocate for the sale of bundled products to provide the most comprehensive and beneficial solutions for clients. Strive to exceed departmental financial and unit targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging services to strategically position WeBox's work meal program in the marketplace. Your goal is to convert opportunities into long-term, profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification to generate business opportunities
    • Prospect and connect with businesses (calls, emails, door-to-door, referrals)
    • Consistently achieve and exceed KPI
    • Strategically communicate the value of WeBox and its products to prospects
    • Act as an ambassador of WeBox's vision, mission, brand, and product

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience or strong interest in sales, with a focus on B2B.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • 0-2 years sales work experience

      Preferred

      • Experience in direct or commission-based sales
      • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus

        Back in 2017, Mr. and Mrs. Ming moved to the Silicon Valley for 4 years. One day they were dining with their friends at a local Chinese restaurant, and after a dish of stir-fried pork reached the table Mrs. Ming started weeping. This dish reminded her a lot of her home meal. She was homesick. The love Mr. Ming had for his family and his wife gave him an idea. To cure his wife’s homesickness, he wanted to build a platform that encourages excellent chefs, bakers and cooking enthusiasts, from everywhere in the world, to come and cook their most authentic meals for people away from their hometown. Then one night, Mr. Ming came up with the name WeBox in his dream. He sprang up and wrote it down on his phone.
