    Overview:
We're looking for a motivated client services professional to join our Account Management team as an Account Coordinator. This is an entry level position to a class-leading client services team. The Account Coordinator works as part of a team in a supportive capacity to effectively collaborate with our sponsors to activate campaigns that enable them to reach and engage their target audience on Medscape. You will be responsible for understanding the foundational facets required in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the Account Lead on assigned accounts, as well as helping to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
In this role, our team members aren't just expected to manage tasks, you are empowered to redefine how they get done. We encourage our professionals to lean into the future of work by integrating advanced AI tools-such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT-into their daily workflows. Whether they are leveraging large language models to streamline operations, using them as a creative sparring partner for high-level brainstorming, or deploying them to sharpen their personal organization, AI is a core component of our efficiency toolkit. We value candidates who move beyond manual execution, utilizing enterprise-available resources to automate the mundane and focus their energy on high-value, strategic decision-making.

The applicant should have an interest in and a desire to learn about digital production, media, project management, and healthcare and medicine. The role provides strong growth potential for high performers. We are looking for good people who want to learn and grow with us!

    • Project Data Metrics Support: Collect and document critical project data metrics, including tracking tags and program IDs, essential for meeting client satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Internal Team Coordination Support: Help coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects receive necessary client approvals, working in collaboration with senior-level account managers and supervisors to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and products.
    • Client Management Development: Participate in building a strong foundation for client management, enhancing presentation skills, and effectively articulating product value.
