What your day looks like:
You'll lead assessments and evaluations, design behavior intervention plans tailored to each child, and provide supervision to a team of RBTs you help shape — combining in-person sessions with the flexibility of remote work. You'll work directly with families — not at arm's length — building trust and adjusting treatment in real time based on what the data tells you.

What we need from you:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
