The position is located at the WCESC Franklin Campus full-time 5 days a week (Monday - Friday).

The Warren County Educational Service Center's Learning Center Program is looking for passionate, compassionate, and driven individuals to join our incredible team of educators. At our two campuses in Franklin and Mason, Ohio, we support students with unique social-emotional and behavioral needs-students who may be navigating educational gaps, mental health challenges, or skill deficits. 

This isn't just a job. It's a chance to be a person in a student's life who helps them believe in themselves and supports them on their educational journey.  

What You'll Do (and Why It's So Meaningful) 

Be a steady source of support
Help students manage emotions, develop self-regulation skills, and gain the tools they need to move toward graduation and the workforce. 

Empower positive change
Use proven de-escalation strategies and behavioral leadership to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment. 

Work with an amazing team
Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, mental health professionals, and other experts who are all focused on student success. 

Make a real impact
Support classroom instruction, mentor students in life skills and leadership, model positive behaviors, and watch your influence change lives-literally. 

WHAT WE OFFER 

Competitive pay 

$16-$24 per hour for classified student support roles (based on experience and qualifications)
