About The Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced high-power systems. The initial focus will be on systems operating at voltages up to 1500VDC, with the strategic goal of developing converters and inverters for voltages up to 3kV in the future. This role includes full technical ownership of the company's power electronics products, from concept through development, validation, and deployment.
We are looking for someone who can move fast ("run fast"), take ownership, and drive results in a high-paced, high-impact environment.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership capabilities, driving innovation and execution in high-power DC-DC converters, inverters, and current-carrying structures (busbars) for electrified transportation and energy systems.
