Job description

Job Summary:
Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As a Senior Product Manager for MedTech, you will own the strategy and delivery of functionality specific to MedTech sales processes and collaborate with various product teams to optimize core capabilities for the MedTech commercial model.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the MedTech Roadmap: Own the strategy and delivery of functionality specific to MedTech sales processes
• Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner with the wider Vault CRM PM organization to incorporate and drive specific functionality into the core platform. You will ensure that the core capabilities are optimized for the MedTech commercial model.
• Industry Representation & Thought Leadership: Represent the product team at MedTech events. You will share our vision for the future of MedTech engagement and gather high-level market intelligence to inform our strategy.
• Requirement Synthesis: Translate the nuances of the MedTech sales processes into technical specifications.
• AI & Intelligent Orchestration: Partner with the AI PM team to build agents that help MedTech reps utilize CRM efficiently and effectively.
• Full Lifecycle Management: Work with UX, engineering, QA, services teams to guide features from initial concept and design to global release and customer adoption.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MedTech Commercial Operations or Product Management for MedTech-specific software.
• Deep understanding of the surgical sales cycle, hospital procurement (GPOs/IDNs), field service, clinical case management, consignment, order management, CPQ, and inventory & logistics.
• 3+ years of PM experience at a software company, with a proven track record of owning and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple product teams to influence roadmaps and drive shared goals in a complex, matrixed PM environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a 'show me the data' mindset to uncover the 'why' behind customer needs.
• Experience writing detailed requirement specifications, managing backlogs, and leading engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Superior ability to translate MedTech commercial 'shop talk' into technical requirements for developers and executive-level visions for customers.
Preferred:
• Experience with conversational AI, recommendation engines, or large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with configurable enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Prior exposure to the Veeva Vault Platform.
• Background in software development or computer science.
