Work Schedule:

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/College. Required
  • BSN. Preferred

Work Experience
  • At least one year professional nurse experience within the last five years in an acute care setting. Required
  • One year of experience in home care and hospital discharge planning. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
  • Valid RN license. Required
  • Valid State driver's license. Required
