POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is the level between division management and field employees.  The individual has successfully passed the requirements and testing for Operator and Crew Leader. The individual has a minimum of 2½ years industry experience. This is a safety sensitive role.
 

What we are looking for?

  • Ability to perform manual labor (i.e. heavy lifting, confined space entry, working at heights, etc.)
  • High energy level and work ethic.
  • Ability to foster teamwork.
  • TWIC Card/ Valid State Issued ID.
  • Pass a physical, hair follicle drug test, and background check.
  • Provide daily supervision over assigned crews, including observation of “on the job” performance appraisals and disciplinary action in accordance with company policies.
  • Investigate customer complaints and take proper action to resolve them on a timely basis.
  • Oversee assignment of personnel and equipment to meet requirements of job.
  • Inspect equipment periodically to ensure maintenance and safety standards are being met.
  • Manage productivity and customer service using measurement tools such as Customer Feedback Surveys.
