What You Will Do
Engage fans before and during games to promote and sell 50/50 Raffle tickets
Clearly communicate raffle details and highlight the charitable impact of funds raised
Represent LVAF's mission, programs, and initiatives in a positive and professional manner
Create a fun, welcoming, and energetic fan experience throughout the ballpark
Accurately process ticket sales using mobile credit card systems in compliance with program guidelines
Answer guest questionsregardingthe 50/50 Raffle and the Las Vegas Aviators Foundation
About You
High school diploma or GEDrequired
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse fan base
Prior experience handlingcreditcardsor point-of-sale transactions preferred
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to confidently approach guests
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
