It is ideal for people seeking to learn business skills and start to build a portfolio of design work and production expertise.

The ideal candidate has a strong desire to learn, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. He or she is driven to succeed and is an energetic self-starter and team-player who is trustworthy and a fast learner.
