Job description

Student Worker Opportunity – Education Department

Location: Universal Technical Institute - Mooresville, NC
Pay Rate: $12.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Noon - 5:00pm (no weekends)

Are you ready to gain valuable experience while supporting our education team and your fellow students? As a Student Worker, you’ll support our Education Department. This is a great opportunity to build professional skills in a supportive, learning centric, fast-paced environment, right where you attend classes, saving you time and gas expenses. 
Eligibility Requirement: This position is open only to currently enrolled students, in good standing, at Universal Technical Institute (UTI). Applicants who are not active UTI students will not be considered.  

Responsibilities May Include:
  • Greet & assist students and visitors
  • Answer questions and direct inquiries
  • Data entry into SMART 
  • Hand Out Parking stickers, as needed
  • Support Education team with various miscellaneous duties
  • Other duties to assist the team, and campus community
Requirements:
  • Must be a current Universal Technical Institute student, in good standing
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office products, preferred
  • Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Action-oriented and responsive to others
