L'opportunite
Nous cherchons une ou un analyste Workday HRIS (logiciel de gestion du personnel) senior possedant plus de 6 ans d'experience pratique en configuration des modules de Compensation et de Payroll de Workday pour se joindre a notre equipe Technologie des personnes. Dans ce role, vous agirez comme specialiste principal(e) en la matiere et serez responsable cle de la configuration, de l'optimisation et du soutien continu de Workday. Ce poste met un fort accent sur la mise en place de processus evolutifs, conformes et harmonises a l'echelle mondiale.

Vous collaborerez etroitement avec les equipes RH, Total Rewards et Payroll afin de concevoir et de livrer des solutions stables et bien concues couvrant l'ensemble du cycle de vie des membres du personnel. Ce role exige une maitrise combinee de connaissances fonctionnelles en RH et en paie, une expertise technique approfondie de Workday, ainsi qu'une capacite de diriger de facon autonome des initiatives complexes dans un environnement dynamique et en constante evolution. En tant que membre senior de l'equipe, vous aurez une grande influence sur les decisions de conception, l'etablissement des bonnes pratiques et l'identification d'occasions d'amelioration des processus, et contribuerez a faire progresser la maturite globale de notre ecosysteme Workday.

Ce que vous allez faire

  • Agir comme proprietaire fonctionnel(le) et technique senior pour Workday Compensation (y compris Advanced Compensation) et Payroll, en veillant a ce que les solutions soient evolutives, conformes et alignees sur les besoins d'affaires
  • Concevoir, configurer, ameliorer et soutenir de facon continue les processus de remuneration et de paie, en conciliant experience utilisateur, efficacite operationnelle, auditabilite et controle
  • Soutenir et piloter les activites annuelles et hors cycle de planification de la remuneration, y compris les processus de merite, de primes, d'attribution d'actions et de promotions, ainsi que la conception et la gouvernance des processus d'affaires associes
  • Gerer et livrer de maniere autonome des projets et ameliorations de moyenne a grande envergure, y compris l'alignement des parties prenantes, la collecte des besoins, la priorisation, les tests et le soutien postproduction
  • Resoudre des problemes complexes lies aux systemes et aux processus, effectuer des analyses des causes fondamentales et mettre en place des solutions durables et evolutives; fournir des conseils sur les meilleures pratiques Workday, la standardisation des processus et la gouvernance, afin d'ameliorer la maturite du systeme et l'excellence operationnelle au sein du paysage Technologie des personnes

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Minimum de 6 ans d'experience pratique avec Workday, avec une expertise approfondie en Compensation (y compris Advanced Compensation), en Payroll (obligatoire) et dans les modules Time Tracking (un atout)
  • Comprehension approfondie des processus de bout en bout en remuneration, en paie, en RH et en Total Rewards, y compris les considerations internationales, les exigences de conformite, les controles et les impacts en aval
  • Experience averee de direction ou d'influence majeure d'implantations, d'ameliorations et de deploiements de modules Workday, particulierement dans les domaines de la remuneration et de la paie
  • Capacite demontree a piloter de facon autonome des volets de travail complexes, a prendre de solides decisions de configuration et de conception et a gerer des priorites concurrentes avec une supervision minimale

The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience configuring the Workday Compensation and Payroll modules to join our People Technology team. In this role, you will serve as a senior subject matter expert and key owner of Workday configuration, optimization, and ongoing support, with a strong focus on enabling scalable, compliant and globally aligned processes.

You will partner closely with HR, Total Rewards and Payroll to architect and deliver stable, well-designed solutions across the employee lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of functional HR and payroll knowledge, deep technical Workday expertise, and the ability to independently lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As a senior member of the team, you will play an important role in influencing design decisions, establishing best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and helping drive the overall maturity of our Workday ecosystem.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the senior functional and technical owner for Workday Compensation (including Advanced Compensation) and Payroll, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs
  • Lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of compensation and payroll processes, balancing user experience, operational efficiency, auditability, and control
  • Drive and support annual and off-cycle compensation planning activities, including merit, bonus, stock, and promotion processes, along with associated business process design and governance
  • Independently manage and deliver medium- to large-scale projects and enhancements, including stakeholder alignment, requirement gathering, prioritization, testing, and post-production support
  • Troubleshoot complex system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable, scalable solutions, along with providing guidance on Workday best practices, process standardization, and governance, helping to improve system maturity and operational excellence across the People Technology landscape

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with deep expertise in Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), Payroll (required) and Time Tracking modules (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end compensation, payroll, HR, and Total Rewards processes, including global considerations, compliance requirements, controls, and downstream impacts
  • Proven experience leading or heavily influencing Workday implementations, enhancements, and module rollouts, particularly in compensation and payroll domains
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex workstreams, make sound configuration and design decisions, and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight
  • Ability to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable system solutions that align with broader business goals

You might also have

  • Workday Pro Certification in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Core HCM
  • Prior involvement in at least one end-to-end Workday implementation or major global module rollout
  • Experience operating in a global environment with complex compensation and payroll requirements
