Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Practical Functional assessments (PFAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (training provided)
Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs
Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
Provide parent and caregiver training
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide treatment decisions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience working with individuals with autism (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
NYS LBA (or eligibility)
