**ABA Therapy Behavior Technician****Join Our Team at Unicare ABA**At Unicare ABA, our dedication drives everything we do. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our carefully screened and trained staff are committed to delivering high-quality care that aligns with the individual's unique needs and goals.**Responsibilities:*** Implement behavioral interventions and strategies as prescribed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs)* Collect and maintain accurate data on client behavior and progress* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure collaboration and coordination of care* Develop and maintain a positive and patient-centered environment, promoting social and emotional growth* Collaborate with BCBAs and LBAs to implement and modify treatment plans as needed**Requirements:*** High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or special education) preferred* Minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with ASD or similar populations* Completion of behavior technician training program or equivalent* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes or other locations as needed**What We Offer:*** **Competitive Per Diem Rate** (rate to be determined)* **Opportunities for Professional Growth and Development*** **Collaborative and Supportive Work Environment*** **Meaningful Work Making a Difference in the Lives of Others**If you are a compassionate and motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
