  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance requirements are understood and consistently executed
  • Identify compliance risks and ensure appropriate escalation and resolution

Quality Operations Leadership

  • Lead daily execution of the Quality function, including prioritization, workload management, and issue resolution
  • Establish and maintain operating cadence (daily/weekly reviews, escalation tracking, performance follow-ups)

  • Drive timely resolution of issues, ensuring clear ownership and follow-through
  • Translate quality and compliance requirements into actionable plans across teams
  • Reinforce accountability for quality outcomes across the organization

Escalation & Risk Management

  • Own day-to-day escalation process for quality and compliance issues
  • Ensure risks are identified, prioritized, and addressed appropriately
  • Support structured, risk-based decision-making
  • Provide clear recommendations and visibility to leadership

Continuous Improvement & System Maturity

  • Drive ongoing improvement of quality and compliance processes
  • Build a proactive approach to risk identification and prevention
  • Ensure systems and processes scale with business growth and complexity
