Job Description:
As a Shot Crewmember at Two Eight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and setting up shot blasting equipment
- Operating shot blasting machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspecting surfaces to ensure they meet required specifications
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
- Traveling to various job sites (30% travel required)
Requirements:
- CDL (highly preferred)
- Proven experience as a laborer or similar role
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to travel (30% travel required)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent
