This position reports to:

Manufacturing Specialist

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Production & Process Support: Load, prep, unload, and burnish stators for the TTX oven process; assist with other tasks in the Stator department such as shove, box, and expedite.
  • Technical & System Skills: Monitor control panels, change varnish trays, read diagrams, and use basic computer systems including Shop Floor Display; understand flex flow and day/rank systems.
  • Quality & Communication: Perform defect-free work, meet production goals, report equipment or part issues, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Safety & Flexibility: Prioritize safety, maintain daily housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and be willing to cross-train and support other production areas.

Qualifications for the role:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
