Service Technicians | Ourisman Tri-State Ford | Cumberland, MD


Ourisman Tri-State Ford is looking for motivated Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. Whether you're an entry-level technician looking to grow or a Ford Certified Master Technician, we have the work, support, and training to help you succeed.

Our service department is extremely busy, providing a steady flow of repair orders and outstanding earning potential. If you're looking for a shop where you'll stay productive, this is it—you won't be sitting around waiting for work.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles to manufacturer standards
  • Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
  • Complete inspections and accurately document repair orders
  • Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
  • Stay current with Ford technology and repair procedures


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
  • Ford certification preferred, but not required
  • All skill levels are encouraged to apply
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Must have your own tools
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
