This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Engineer at Transwestern in Westminster, CO. The Building Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and management of the facility. Tasks include building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing work, and conducting preventive maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
- HVAC experience
- Plumbing expertise
- Experience in Facility Management (FM)
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification or training in building engineering is a plus
