  • Coordinate heavy equipment transportation using heavy haul trucks, including shipment layouts, routing, scheduling, carrier communication, and loading support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve transportation issues, improve shipment planning, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of transportation management, logistics, supply chain, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, heavy equipment, transportation, or freight operations strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations, safety standards, freight coordination, and logistics best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with transportation management systems and/or ERP systems preferred; Epicor experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage changing priorities, and support time-sensitive shipment needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • APICS certification preferred.
