WhatYoullDo

• Source and screen candidates to build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring new hire classes are consistently filled whilemaintainingan exceptional candidate experience.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and team expectations.

• Support andparticipatein recruiting events such as career fairs, onsite hiring days, and other targeted initiatives.

• Meet and exceed hiring KPIs, including timetofill and funnel health metrics.

• Follow up with new hires to gather feedback and support a positive early employee experience.

• Attend networking and industry events to proactivelyidentifyand engage top talent.

• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from candidate to employee.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of fullcycle recruiting experience orfreight sales experience.

• High levelsof proactivity and persistencemust be comfortable owning outcomes.

• Strong ability to network and build internal and external relationships.

• Creative sourcing mindset with a passion for trying new strategies to find and attract top talent.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
