Job description
Reports to: Leasing Manager
The Leasing Administrator is responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager with all leasing activity at the marina.
The position requires the team member to work 5 days per week and 8 hours per day according to the schedule agreed upon with your manager. Marina operating hours range from 5:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and seasonal schedule changes may take place at management discretion.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Leasing Manager in driving leasing activity at the marina
- Represent TopSide Marinas to prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner with a focus on putting the customer first
- Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to meet established leasing goals
- Process leasing paperwork and gather necessary documentation for new member contracts and renewal contracts
- Collect fees and rental payments via credit card
- Must be available to work weekends
Qualifications
- Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Be hospitable, enthusiastic, and people-friendly
- 1-2 years of office experience or customer service preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office products required, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Experience with frequent in-person customer interaction, multitasking, and close collaboration with a larger team
- Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on a team and be able to work well with co-workers
- Commercial awareness and an eye for detail in all aspects of work
- Must be able to swim (as a safety precaution) and be comfortable working around water
Physical Requirements:
