Speedwell Companies is seeking a Maintenance technician for its chain of quick-service restaurants. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing light building repairs as necessary. General plumbing and electrical knowledge expected. The service technician will also be responsible for generating accurate paperwork, identifying and ordering parts, maintaining the company vehicle and regularly lifting/carrying/moving up to 50 lbs., or maneuvering heavier items with additional help.
PREFERRED:

• Trade School or some experience in HVAC/R, Electrical, Plumbing
• High School or GED required
• Strong work ethic

Some overtime and weekends are required.
