We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date) Summer Start Dates: - May 11th, 2026 - May 18th, 2026 - May 26th, 2026 - June 8th, 2026 - June 22nd, 2026 Responsibilities: - Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for mobile and web-based products and platforms. - Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and/or products. - Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health. - Work closely with various teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones. - Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction. - Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics. - Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026 - Foundational understanding of product management or product design, demonstrated through coursework, projects, or internships. - Experience analyzing data sets as part of academic projects, coursework, or internships, with the ability to draw insights and make data-informed recommendations. - Experience gathering and translating requirements through academic group projects or internships, with the ability to contribute to the development of product solutions. - Basic technical proficiency with analytical tools, methodologies, and design principles, gained through coursework, projects, or relevant experience. - Strong communication skills demonstrated through presentations, group projects, or internships. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $35.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
