Job description

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare site-development construction drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Design water, sewer, and storm-drainage infrastructure using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Develop engineering design considerations and support permitting efforts for land-development projects
  • Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and internal discipline teams
  • Produce and refine models in Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project standards
  • Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • 3+ years of experience designing land-development projects using Civil 3D
  • EIT or PE registration preferred (or ability to obtain PE within one year)
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A client-service mindset, strong initiative, and collaborative approach

On-site: Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Friday 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
