Project Manager
Location: Central NC (flexible, not required in office daily)
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 + vehicle + full benefits
Overview
A commercial contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across their growing footprint. This role is ideal for someone who can manage projects independently while coordinating closely with field teams and clients.
The company specializes in design-build work, including fire department projects, and offers a consistent backlog with opportunities for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project timelines
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
- Handle project documentation, contracts, and change orders
- Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and financial goals
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of project financials and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with field teams and subcontractors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
