    Key Responsibilities

    As a Physical Therapist at Theradynamics Physical Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, taking into account their medical histories and presenting issues.
    • Developing individualized treatment programs that may encompass manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and educational components.
    • Implementing and adjusting treatment plans based on patient progress and response to therapy.
    • Collaborating with other health professionals, including occupational therapists and physicians, to ensure integrated care for patients.
    • Providing compassionate guidance to patients, educating them on their conditions, and encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation process.
    • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and clinic policy.
    • Meeting established utilization goals and contributing to overall clinic performance metrics.
    Patient Population / Client Focus

    Your expertise will cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals suffering from orthopedic conditions, young athletes requiring sports medicine rehabilitation, neurologically impaired clients needing specialized intervention, and children with developmental challenges. By delivering skilled and compassionate care, you will empower our patients to regain functionality and improve their overall well-being.

    Qualifications

    To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
    • A valid State License to practice physical therapy in California.
    • A Basic Life Support Certification obtained through the American Heart Association.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems.
    • The ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with patients, fostering trust and encouraging openness in their care journey.
    • A positive and proactive attitude, keen on connecting with others and enhancing community ties.
    Preferred Experience

    Preference will be given to candidates with:

    • Experience in diverse practice settings (hospital, outpatient, home health) to enhance adaptability across various therapy disciplines.
    • Advanced skills in specific treatment techniques, such as orthotic fitting or dry needling, though this is not mandatory.
