- Coordinates teacher staffing, hiring, onboarding, assignment management, and personnel-related processes while maintaining accurate records and supporting employee transitions.
- Provides administrative support to academic leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and other operational activities.
- Attends meetings as assigned, records and distributes meeting notes, monitors action items, and facilitates follow-up to support organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborates with academic, marketing, and operational departments to support communications, website updates, promotional initiatives, and organizational priorities.
- Assists with the development, coordination, and evaluation of student organizations, student support initiatives, and other programs that enhance student engagement and success.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
